Delivery times are approximate. Postage and handling charges include tracking number and insurance. Please supply a physical address where your item can be signed for 9am - 5pm weekdays. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.

Australia – Shipping within approximately within 3 – 10 days.
$35 - International courier

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges and/or other additional fees upon entering your country, at the responsibility and liability of the purchaser. As these charges are set by the receiving country, they can vary depending on the country you are ordering from. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

All care is taken to efficiently deliver your order; however, Chaplin Design takes no responsibility for delays due to customs clearance procedures.

DELIVERY TIMING

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and shipped on the same or the next day. Please take this into consideration when making a purchase. These times may be subject to change. We will email you an order confirmation invoice once your order has been processed.


STOCK AVAILABILITY AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Our range is deliberately kept to a limited stock. From time to time we may produce a popular design either in the same or a different fabric.  

If an item is purchased that is not available at time of dispatch for any reason, we will contact you within 48 hours and let you know. If we are unable to offer a replacement item, we will issue a refund to the PayPal account or Credit Card through which the original order was placed.

If an item or size is out of stock or unavailable, you may be able to place a Special Order.

A special order is not a made to measure service and is subject to availability of fabric and the appropriate design.

Returns & Exchanges

Shopping online should be a fulfilling and rewarding experience. We acknowledge that it may be difficult sometimes because of not being able to try a garment on.

We do all we can to present our garments and accessories with as much detail as possible.

But please make sure you have checked our size guide and your own measurements before ordering.

We are happy to answer any questions regarding size and fit. Please use the contact page or email us on hello@chaplindesign.co.nz 

Here at Chaplin Design we will do everything possible to make sure your purchase is secure and well packaged before dispatch, but we cannot be responsible for the item while in transit. 

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item purchased from Chaplin Design please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

Please note that returns will not be accepted without a RAN.

Once you have obtained a RAN from us, please fill out our Returns and Exchanges form which will be attached on the corresponding email. Package the item/s carefully and include the completed form, addressed as advised on your Returns and Exchanges Form.

Return shipping to Chaplin Design is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Chaplin Design is not responsible for the safety of the item/s in return transit.

Returns must be sent back to within 7 days of obtaining a RAN in order to be eligible for a refund.

All items must be received in an original condition - unused, unwashed and unaltered in any way, with all tags attached and packaging in good condition. Once item/s has been checked the purchasing amount will be refunded to the PayPal account or Credit Card used at original point of purchase.

We will advise you once the returned goods have been received and when the refund has been processed.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item purchased from Chaplin Design please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
